The City Hall parkade is closed to the public until further notice.

All individuals continuing to park in City Hall parkade while it remains closed to the public must have a paid monthly parking contract arranged with the City of Edmonton and must display their monthly parking placard OR must ensure that hourly or daily parking sessions are paid for via the EPark system.

Monthly parking is available at the Library and Canada Place parkades.

Due to limited availability, it is necessary to first submit an application for monthly parking.  If approved, the City will contact you with confirmation and you can choose your method of payment.

How to Pay


Submit your payment online to Accounts Receivable. To use this secure payment portal, you will need an invoice number and a postal code to make your payment.

  • Attach the remittance portion of your billing statement with your payment.

Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)

Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payment plan is available to customers who have recurring
accounts receivable billings. Once you are signed up, PAD will automatically debit your
rental, parking, lease, cemetery or other payment in set pre-determined monthly
installments from the indicated financial institution.

To enroll into this payment plan, submit the PAD application form .

Placard Replacement

Please email with your account number and placard number. 

  • Damaged Placard - there is no cost for the replacement of a damaged placard
  • Lost Placard - there is a $25 replacement fee for a lost placard

Cancelling Monthly Parking

Please email with your account number and placard number.

The customer is required to provide at least 10 days cancellation notice to Parking Services via email or in writing.

  • The customer must return the placard, white security card (if cancelling from Canada Place Parkade) and provide their current address to receive their $25 refund which will be paid by cheque and mailed to them
  • If the customer does not return the placard, the $25 fee will be forfeited
