This application proposes to rezone the various portions of the property from Agricultural Zone (AG) to Direct Development Control Provision (DC1), Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD), Low-Rise Apartment Zone (RA7) and Public Parks Zone (AP)

The  proposed DC1 Provision will provide an opportunity for the development of row housing, while the other proposed zones will enable the development of low-density and low-rise multi-unit housing, and a greenway connection.

This application also proposes to  amend the Glenridding Neighbourhood Structure Plan to enable the rezonings.
