Ahas been received for the proposed rezoning of a property at 9110 115 Avenue NW.
The property is currently zoned Neighbourhood Convenience Zone (CNC). The proposed zoning is Site-Specific Development Control Provision (DC2), which has been revised from the original proposed Low-Intensity Business Zone (CB1). The would allow for the retention of the existing building while allowing for an expanded list of commercial uses on the ground level and the addition of a third storey for residential use.
