Our bus fleet is accessible, using low-floor technology and other accessibility features.
All LRT trains and all public areas within Edmonton Transit’s LRT facilities are accessible.
Many standard features throughout the ETS network are age-friendly, including accessible buses and LRT vehicles.
ETS has several travel tools for customers with mobility difficulties. All of these customer tools are available free of charge.
The priority seating area is for those passengers who are using mobility aids. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
ETS provides a free, customized travel training program for seniors, persons with disabilities and agencies or organizations that work with persons with mobility challenges.
Dogs trained to aid or to guide persons with visual, hearing or other disabilities are permitted on ETS buses and trains.
