Event Bookings

Sir Winston Churchill Square is a flexible event venue that serves as a world-class festival site, a community gathering place and a start line for many runs and walks.


To get started, submit a Civic Events Application.

All events must be booked through Civic Events to:

  • Confirm the site can accommodate your event
  • Plan ahead for special services
  • Alert you to any conflicts with other groups coming to the same site
  • Inform you of any additional permits or permissions  that may be required


  • Bookable spaces available at $38.95/hour
  • Civic services fees and additional permits vary. A Liaison will work to outline additional costs before hosting your event. Examples include:
    • Electrical services
    • Vending Permit
    • Road closures services
    • Custodial services
    • Corporate Security
