City council adopted the Jasper Place Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) on August 24, 2015. The ARP is a forward-looking document that will help guide growth and change in Jasper Place over the next 15 to 20 years.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the development of the Plan. The time and energy contributed by stakeholders was central to building a successful vision for the future of Jasper Place.

Creating the plan was a two-and-a-half year endeavour that required balancing community input, existing City policy, and a number of technical studies. An archive of documents that helped inform the plan is provided below.

Community Engagement

Community input was an essential component of the Jasper Place Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) process, and directly informed the guiding principles and specific policies in the Plan.

What We Learned

A number of technical studies were undertaken to help inform the Jasper Place ARP.

Plan evolution

A first, second and final draft of the ARP were developed between June 2014 to June 2015. You can view these preliminary documents to see the evolution of the plan.
