Supplementary swimming lessons to work on swim strokes only. Water safety and other components of the Red Cross Swim Kids lessons are not covered.
Participants will focus on:
- Front and back crawl
- Whip kick on your back
- Elementary back stroke
- Breast stroke
Stroke Enhancement 2/3
Stroke Enhancement 2 Designed for kids who have taken Swim Kids Level 7 or 8 at least one time and requires work on their swim strokes only. The Front and Back crawl, Whip kick on their back and Breast Stroke will be the focus. Water Safety or other components of the Swim Kids levels are not covered. The evaluation of strokes are done to the current Swim Kids program. Stroke Enhancement 3 Designed for kids who have taken Swim Kids Level 9 or 10 at least one time and requires work on completion of their swim strokes only. The strokes covered will be Front and Back Crawls, Elementary Back Stroke and Breast Stroke. Water Safety or other components of the Swim Kids levels are not covered. The evaluation of strokes are done to the current Swim Kids program.
